About the Event

The BCBA hosts a delicious dinner and fun auction every year as its primary fundraiser.  As a volunter based non-profit, we rely on donations and fundraisers to function.  We work hard to make every dollar count!  The more we can raise, the more we can do on behalf of the Boulder Creek Community.  This year we're having the event at Camp Campbell with dinner created by their fantastic kitchen staff, a bar with local wines, beer, and cider, games, and the music of a local band.  And this year, thanks to a generous donation from Messy Play Kits, we're able to offer free childcare!  That's right - you don't need to pay for a babysitter, food will be provided for your kids, they'll be onsite and having a blast, and they'll probably be tuckered out and ready for bed when the adult side of the event is done!  How perfect is that?  The seating is limited, so get your reservations made early!  

Another change we're making this year is open seating.  If you have a group of 8, we can absolutely reserve a table for you.  Otherwise, we suggest arriving on-time to make sure you have more choices of seating location.  Arriving on-time also gives you the chance to get a sneak peak of the auction items before hitting the dance floor!

You can skip the line to buy drink tickets and pre-pay for them here when you make your reservation!  Drink tickets are $6 each.  The bar will have wine, beer and cider from a variety of local vineyards and breweries.  We'll also have water, tea and sodas free of charge.

We hope you'll find several things in the auction that you can't live without.  It's not hard to do when our community donates such fun items!  Keep in mind that not only do you get to take home something fun, but you're also supporting your community and making it possible for us to expand our work plan of projects.  And remember that we always have a special project that we raise money for at the auction.  We have a grand scale project that we've been working toward for a couple of years now.  Holiday decorations!  We're hoping that this year will push us to the finish line on fundrasing.  You can get us there!  Once we do get there, we can get large scale garlands, lights, possibly some rooftop decorations, storage for all of it during the offseason and pole banners.  The pole banners will also be used for yearround decoration.
